Where do you ship to?

We try to ship all over the planet. If your country isn’t coming up in checkout, there’s probably a reason. Contact us if your country isn’t available.

How long do orders take to arrive?

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order after it comes through. After that, most domestic shipping will arrive to you within 5-10 days. For international orders, that time can vary between 10 days to 21 days. International orders might incur an additional fee for delivery. Please check your local post office for customs fee information. The recipient is responsible for all customs duties and taxes incurred. OTK cannot determine these fees during checkout. If your order has not arrived within 30 days, contact us here.

If your package has not arrived to you within 60 days and you haven't gotten in touch; there's very little we can do on our end to help.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Most often, yes. Please check with us prior to exchanging to make sure we have the size you want in stock. Contact us here for exchange info. We offer exchanges within the first 30 days of purchase. Make sure the item is new with all tags and original packaging prior to sending. If the item is washed, damaged or worn, we cannot accept it or process an exchange.

If an item is marked as no exchange available, we will not be able to offer an exchange.

An exchange is processed after we receive and review the original item.

Can I return an order?

Yes, we take returned items as long as the items are still new, has all original tags and unused/unwashed. If the item is washed, damaged or worn, we cannot accept it. Contact us for return information. We offer returns within the first 30 days of purchase. Returns are subject to a $3 restock fee.

Can I cancel an order?

If you'd like to cancel an order, hit us up right away here. If your order has already shipped/left our warehouse, we cannot process a cancellation.
